Seeking out-of-turn hearing of the appeal - HELD THAT - The early hearing application is allowed. List the case for hearing to 11th March 2020. Learned counsel for the appellant further submitted that the miscellaneous application was filed for stay of recovery of the demand confirmed by the adjudicating authority. Since the EH application is allowed the counsel contended that he is not pressing the application for stay of recovery of demand. The stay application is therefore dismissed as infructuous.
