Maintainability of SLP - writ petition has been decided in the meantime - HELD THAT - Since the Special Leave Petition is rendered infructuous it is dismissed as such. This would not preclude recourse being taken to the remedies available to any of the parties against the final judgment and order of the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
