Seeking Liquidation of the Corporate Debtor Company - HELD THAT - There are no good grounds and reasons to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence the appeal is dismissed. It is clarified that the impugned judgment/order and the dismissal of the present appeal would not come in the way of M/s Cantors Fitzgerald from applying and submitting Expression of Interest in terms of sale notice dated 06.08.2023.
