Section 88 - Amendment of First Schedule. - FINANCE (NO. 2) ACT, 2019Extract Amendment of First Schedule. 88. In the Customs Tariff Act, the First Schedule shall (a) be amended in the manner specified in the Fourth Schedule; (b) be also amended in the manner specified in the Fifth Schedule, with effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. ************ Notes 1. Clause (b) shall come into force w.e.f 01-01-2020 vide Notification No. 89/2019 Customs (N.T.) dated 10-12-2019
