2014 (11) TMI 1094 - SCH - CustomsDeemed Export Benefits (DEB) - Bill of Entry in the name of the project authority - Permission for withdrawal of special leave petition with liberty to file review petition before High Court against the order 2014 (9) TMI 380 - DELHI HIGH COURT - Held that - The special leave petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file review petition before the High Court within thirty days. If such a petition is filed the High Court is requested to consider the same in accordance with law. If for any reason petitioner fails the petitioner will be at liberty to question not only the main order but also the order passed in the review petition - permission granted - petition disposed off - decided in favor of petitioner.
