Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers, Importers, Members of the Trade and other stake holders is invited to the enclosed Office Order No. 59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 allegedly signed by the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi regarding cancellation of Notification No. 26/2015-20 dated 21.08.2018 for Export Policy of Beach Sand Minerals (BSM) 2. In this regard it is informed by DGFT and the Drawback Division, CBIC, New Delhi that the said Office Order No. 59/2019 dated 04.04.2019 is a forged document which has not been issued by DGFT. Further, DGFT has neither revised nor carried out any amendment in the original Notification No. 26/2015-2020 dated 21.08.2018 and as such, the said Notification No. 26/2015-20 dated 21.08.2018 is still in force. 3.
