Rescinds the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Multi Services at Village Rathiwas, Bhudka & Bhodakalan, Distt. Gurgaon in the state of Haryana. - S.O. 744(E) - Special Economic ZoneExtract MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th March, 2014 S.O. 744(E).- Whereas, M/s. Crystal City Developers Pvt. Ltd (Formerly M/s. Uppal Developers Private Limited), had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Multi Services at Village Rathiwas, Bhudka Bhodakalan, Distt. Gurgaon in the state of Haryana; And, Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 106.3101 hectares vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S. O. 1387 (E) dated 31st August, 2006 ; And, Whereas, M/s. Crystal City Developers Pvt. Ltd has proposed to de-notify the entire area of 106.3101 hectares of the above Special Economic zone and the State Government of Haryana has given its No Objection to the proposal vide letter No. SEZ/Luxor/GGN/67(DI C) dated 17.01.2014; . And Whereas, the Development Commissioner, Noida Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of the entire area of 106.3101 hectares of the Special Economic Zone; Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
