Dated 18-2-2015 In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 read with Notification No. 33/94-Cus. (N.T.), dated 1-7-1994 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi. I hereby declare the Nahuli Village of Umbergaon Taluka, Valsad District-396108 in the state of Gujarat to be a warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 for the purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Unit as approved by the Development Commissioner KASEZ, Kandla Special Economic Zone, Gandhidham-Kutch vide reference F. No. KASEZ/100% EOU/II/11/2014-15, dated 9-1-2015.
