NOTIFICATION Notification No. 29/2021 State Tax MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017. No. GST.1021 / C.R. 72 / Taxation-1 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Mah. Act No. XIII of 2021) (hereinafter in this notification referred to as the said Act ), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act, shall come into force.
