Amendment in Notification S.O. No. 3– State Tax, dated the 3rd January, 2018 - 12/2022 – State Tax - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 30th September, 2022 Notification No. 12/2022 State Tax S.O. No. 36, Dated 30th September, 2022 --In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department, S.O. No. 3 State Tax, dated the 3rd January, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, namely : In the said notification, in the sixth proviso, for the figures, letters and words 30th day of June, 2022 , the figures, letters and words 28th day of July, 2022 shall be substituted. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 5th July, 2022. [File.
