COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 11th November 2024 S.O. 483 Dated 11th November 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Bihar Act 15, 2024), the Governor of Bihar hereby appoints, (a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
