Imports under Advance Licence/DEEC - Exemption - Amendment to Notification Nos. 79/95 Cus, 148/95 Cus, 149/95 Cus, 34/97 Cus, 51/2000 Cus, 77/98 Cus, 48/00 Cus. 3 rd December, 2001 Notification No. 122/2001- Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance(Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table elow in the corresponding manner as specified in column (3)of the said Table, namely:- Table Sl.No Notification No. Amendment 1 2 3 (1) 79/95-Customs, dated, the 31 st March, 1995 In condition (iv) of each of the notification mentioned in column (2) of this Table against S.Nos, (1),(2),(3), (4),(5) (6) in condition (iv) for the words "Bhilwara and Pondicherry", the words "Bhilwara, Pondicherry Garhi Harsaru",shall be substitute (2) 80/95-Customs dated, the 31 st March, 1995 (3) 148/95-Customs dated, the 19 th Septemebr, 1995 (4) 149/95-Customs dated, the 19 th Septemebr, 1995 (5) 34/97-Customs, dated, the 7 th April, 1997 (6) 48/99-Customs, dated, the 29 th April, 1999 (7) 30/97-Customs dated, the 1 st April, 1997 In each of the notification mentioned in column (2) of this Table against S.Nos.(7), (8) (9), in opening paragraph, in condition (iv), for the words "Bhilwara and Pondicherry', the words "Bhilwara, Pondicherry and Garhi Harsaru".shall be substituted. (8) 31/97-Customs dated, the 1 st April, 1997 (9) 51/2000-Customs dated, the 27 th April, 2000 (10) 77/98-Customs, Dated, the 16 th October, 1998. In the notification mentioned in column (2) of this Table against S.No. (10), in condition ((viii) for the words"Bhilwara and Pondicherry" the words"Bhilwara, Pondicherry and the Garhi Harsaru", shall be substituted.
