Interest @ 15% fixed for delayed refund of duty under Excise Section 11BB Notification No. 22/95-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 29-5-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11BB of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby fixes the rate of interest at fifteen per cent per annum for the purposes of the said section.
