Rescinds 3 additional Excise duty notifications Notification No. 106/89-C.E. Dated 1-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), read with sub-section 3 of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (59 of 1957) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. 77/86-Central Excises, dated the 10th February, 1986. 2.188/85-Central Excises, dated the 22nd August, 1985. 3. 28/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987.
