Amends Notification No. 68/87-C.E. Notification No. 128/87-C.E. Dated 29-4-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 68/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for S. No. 03 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "03. 7004.10 Toughened (tempered) Safety Glass - (i) Not tinted Rs. 15 per millimetre thickness or part thereof per square metre. (ii) tinted Rs. 25 per millimetre thickness or part thereof per square metre."
