Land Customs Station for export to Bangladesh - 61/89 - Customs - Non TariffExtract Land Customs Station for export to Bangladesh Notification No. 61/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 5-10-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints - (i) the place under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs (Preventive), West Bengal, Calcutta specified in column 1 of the Table appended hereto as Land Customs Station for the clearance of goods imported or to be exported by any national of Bhutan in any vehicle registered in Bhutan by land from or to Bangladesh or any class of such goods; and (ii) the route specified in column 2 of the said Table as the route by which alone the goods or any class of goods specified in Item (i) may pass by land from or to Bangladesh.
