Grape Guard - Amendment to Notification No. 64/90-Cus. Notification No. 229/92-Cus. Dated 22-6-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 64/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :- In the Explanation to the said notification, for the words "with kraft paper pasted thereto", the words "with kraft paper pasted thereto, or a single paper coated with sodium meta-bi-sulphite" shall be substituted.
