Rescinds Notification No. 129/2008-Customs, Dated 12-07-2008 [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) NOTIFICATION NO. 145/2009-Cus. Dated: December 24, 2009 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), no. 129/2008-Customs , dated the 7th December, 2008 , which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 843(E) of the same date, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
