MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS (Department of Company Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5 th April 2000 Subject:- Section 205C(4) of the Companies Act, 1956 - Establishment of Investor Education and Protection Fund - Amendment in Notification No. SO 1087(E), dated 11-11-1999 S.O. 347(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs, number S.O. 1087(E) dated the 11th November, 1999, namely : In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely : 1. Dr. P.L. Sanjeev Reddy, Secretary, Chairman Department of Company Affairs.
