MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th December, 2011 S.0. 2774(E). -Whereas, M/s. Mayar Infrastructure Development Private Limited, a private organisation, had i proposed under Section 3 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinaher referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for biotechnology sector at villages Rahka and Rani-ka Singola, Tehsil Sohna District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; And, whereas, the Central Govemment, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section ( I) of Section 4 ofthe said Act read with rule 8 ofthe Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified an area of 25.7 1 77 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 2 I 68(E), dated Sth September, 2008; ` And, whereas, M/s. Mayar Infrastructure Development Private Limited has now proposed for the denotification of 1.8691 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone; And, whereas, the Central Govemment is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powersiconfeired by second proviso to sub-section (1) o1 Section .4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Eeonomic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Govemment hereby denotifies an area of 1.8691 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 23.8486 hectares ofthe above Special Economic Zone, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely : Table Serial No. Name of the Village Survey/Rectangle Number Killa Number Area being denotified (in hectares) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 1.
