Declared to be a warehousing station - Village—Santacruz, Taluka-Tiswadi, District—North Goa in the state of Goa - 1/2012 - Customs - Non Tariff

In exercise of the powers delegated to the undersigned vide Notification No. 33/94-Cus.(NT) dated 1st July, 1994 by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi under clause (a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 , Village Santacruz, Taluka-Tiswadi, District North Goa in the state of Goa is hereby declared to be a warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 for the purpose of setting up of 100% EOU with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of Government of India.
