U/s. 35AC, IT ACT, 1961 - Approved Ujjain Charitable Trust Hospital and Research Centre as an eligible project or scheme - S.O. 268(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 9525 DATED 29-3-1994 S.O. 268(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government on the recommendation of the National Committee, hereby approves the Ujjain Charitable Trust Hospital and Research Centre, an institution specified in column 2 against serial number 4 of the Table in notification or Government of India, Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) Number S.O. 602 (E) dated 12th August, 1993 , for a further period of two years in relation to assessment years 1995-96 and 1996-97 for carrying out the eligible projects and schemes at the estimated cost as mentioned against it in the corresponding columns 3 and 4 of the Table in the said notification and amends the said notification as follows, namely;- In the aforesaid notification, after the Table, for the last paragraph beginning with the words This notification shall remain in force and ending with the words and figures serial numbers, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- This notification shall remain in force for a period of one year in relation to assessment year 1994-95 in respect of projects mentioned at serial number 1, 3 and 9 and for a period of two years in relation to assessment years 1994-95 and 1995-96 in respect of projects mentioned at serial number 12 and for a period of three years in relation to assessment years 1994-95, 1995-96 and 1996-97 in respect of projects mentioned at serial numbers 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11.
