Central Government declares the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to be a reciprocating country for the purposes of the Estate Duty Act, 1953 - 21/1956 - S.R.O. 772 - Income TaxExtract MINISTRY OF FINANCE (REVENUE DIVISION) NOTIFICATION ESTATE DUTY New Delhi, the 2 nd April, 1956 S.R.O. 772. In pursuance of the Explanation to Section 30 of the Estate Duty Act, 1953 (34 of 1953), the Central Government hereby declares the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to be a reciprocating country for the purposes of the said Act.
