Amendment in Notification S.O. 3732(E) dated 26th July, 2018 - S.O. 4773 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th November, 2021 S.O. 4773(E). -The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 3732(E) dated 26th July, 2018 , for inclusion of new members in MEPZ SEZ authority, namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl.No. 5 6 which reads as under 5 Shri R.
