Amendment in Notification S.O. 4773(E) dated 10th November, 2021 - S.O. 157(E). - Special Economic Zone

The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.4773(E) dated 10th November, 2021 for inclusion of new members in MEPZ SEZ Authority, namely : In the said notification, the entry at Sl. No. 5 and 6 which reads as under: - 5. Shri Shyam Sundar Todi, Director, M/s PMI Engineering Export Pvt. Ltd., MEPZ SEZ 6. Shri R Chandrasekaran, Managing Director, M/s Igarashi Motors India Ltd., MEPZ SEZ shall be substituted as under: 5.
