MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 29th December, 2009 S.O.3306(E) .—The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005(28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1270 (E) dated 26th July, 2007 for the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Special Economic Zone at Jamnagar, Gujarat by M/s Reliance Infrastructure Limited, namely:— In the Serial Number 1 for the words "Development Commissioner, Kandla Special Economic Zone" the words "Development Commissioner having territorial jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone" shall be substituted.
