De-notification of areas at Perungalathur village, Chennai, Tamil Nadu for setting up of Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector, developed by M/s Shriram Properties and Infrastructure Private Limited MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th December, 2009 S.O.3299(E),-- The Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Number S.O. 2857(E) dated 9thNovember,2009 , de-notifying an area of 7.75.78 hectares at Perungalathur village, Chennai, Tamil Nadu for setting up of Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services sector, developed by M/s Shriram Properties and Infrastructure Private Limited namely:- In the said notification, the survey number "361/1A2 (Part)" mentioned in the 5th Paragraph may be read as '367/1A2 (Part)".
