Whether the Company Court had jurisdiction to direct the PSIDC to release funds in terms of the order passed by the Chief Minister on 25-8-2001? Held that:- Appeal allowed. The PSIDC could not be made liable for the dues owed by the PNFC to its workers. The appeal is accordingly allowed. The orders of the Company Court as well as of the Division Bench of the High Court which are under challenge in this appeal are set aside
