1964 (11) TMI 104 - SUPREME COURTExtract: .......severity of punishment except in very extraordinary circumstances, we think that interference was justified in this case because the punishment was not only severe and out of proportion to the fault, but one which, in our judgment, no reasonable employer would have imposed. The appeal, therefore, fails and is dismissed with costs. Appeal dismissed.
