In view of the aforesaid, I have no hesitation in holding that the IN Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (INDRP) does not oust the jurisdiction of this Court to deal with the present suit. The inevitable result is that the present application must be rejected. The same is accordingly rejected. 45. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
