Delay in submitting reply of show cause notices - The petitioner is permitted to submit its reply to the show cause notices dated 05.06.2009 01.10.2010 and 06.04.2011 to the first respondent within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the reply to be filed by the petitioner the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible not later than twelve weeks thereafter - Hence the writ petition is ordered accordingly
