The application for impleadment as a respondent in Appeal Nos. E/133-142/07 was filed by Shri K. Divakar, claiming to have provided evidence of duty evasion by M/s. Apollo Corrugators Ltd. The Tribunal found that he was not a party to the dispute adjudicated upon and had no locus standi to be impleaded. The application was dismissed.
