Principles of Natural Justice - On matter being called neither anybody appeared nor there is any adjournment request despite notice having been sent to the appellant well in advance - Held that - It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal - As the appeal is of 2008 there is no reason to keep the same on record - the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
