2018 (6) TMI 1587 - HC - Indian LawsRight to be represented before the Redressal Committee through a lawyer as well as a Chartered Accountant - Held that:- The Calcutta High Court in the case of Dynametic Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State Bank of India [2016 (4) TMI 1351 - CALCUTTA HIGH COURT] has held that proceedings before GRC / identification are not at all proceedings before a Tribunal - this Court is of the opinion that the question of permitting the petitioner to be represented through a Lawyer / Chartered Accountant in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case does not arise. The writ petition is dismissed and the respondent Bank is permitted to proceed ahead in accordance with law.
