1927 (10) TMI 1 - HC - Indian LawsExtract: .......dd a defendant as respondent for the purpose of passing a decree against him their Lordships see no sufficient reason for interfering with the refusal of the appellate Court to do so in this instance. They are, therefore, of opinion that these appeals fail on both grounds, and will humbly advise His Majesty that they should be dismissed with costs.
