1938 (4) TMI 7 - HIGH COURT OF MADRASExtract: .......would be an adequate remedy assuming that there was a legal enforceable right in favour of the plaintiffs; and the plaintiffs could have, if they liked, sued for recovery of the money which they deliberately omitted to do. The decision of the learned Judge in non suiting the plaintiffs is correct and this appeal is accordingly dismissed with costs.
