1994 (11) TMI 448 - SUPREME COURTExtract: ....... it is a case warranting interference. The orders of the High Court in the W.f. and in the LPA are set aside. The W.P. stands dismissed. The award made by the Collector under Section 28A(2) is declared as that made without jurisdiction and a nullity. Accordingly, the appeal is allowed but the parties are directed to bear their own costs throughout.
