2020 (5) TMI 62 - HC - Central ExciseMaintainability of appeal - non-prosecution of the case - HELD THAT - Office objections to be removed within a period of two weeks failing which the concerned matter shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
The Gujarat High Court issued a common oral order stating that office objections must be resolved within two weeks, or the matters will be dismissed for non-prosecution. The order was given by Honourable Mr. Justice J.B. Pardiwala.
