2021 (7) TMI 640 - HC - CustomsMaintainability of petition - disputes raised are not existing as of now - petitioner contends that due to efflux of time the goods imported is highly perishable - HELD THAT - No further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition. This writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Further proceedings if any required to be made by following the procedures as contemplated under law.
