The High Court of Calcutta dismissed the application to quash proceedings against directors of Lahiris Architectural Industries for not laying balance-sheet and profit and loss account at the annual general meeting. The complaint was filed within the time limit, and the Assistant Registrar of Companies was competent to file the complaint. The rule was discharged.
