SPECIAL DUTY<!--?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" ?--> TARIFF DESCRIPTION RATE OF SPECIAL DUTY All the goods mentioned in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time.
