195. Amendment of section 19-IB.

In section 19-IB of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the words “by the adjudicating officer”, the words “under this Act” shall be substituted.

Notes on Clauses:

Clause 195 of the Bill seeks to amend section 19-IB of the Act, so as to provide for recovery in respect of default in payment of penalty levied under the said Act by the Board.
