Denial of preferential treatment. - (1) The customs authority of the importing Party may deny the claim for preferential tariff treatment or recover unpaid duties in accordance with its laws and regulations, where - (a) the customs authority of the importing Party determines that the goods do not meet the originrelated requirements of these rules; (b) the Exporter or Producer or Manufacturer or Approved Exporter of the goods fails to maintain records or documentation necessary for determinin .....
