Section 43 - Bar of jurisdiction - Wealth Tax Act, 1957

Bar of jurisdiction. 43. No suit shall lie in any civil court to set aside or modify any 1 [proceeding taken or] 2 [order] made under this Act, and no prosecution, suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against 3 [the Government or] any officer of the Government for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act. ---------------------- Notes:- 1.
