NATIONAL SAVINGS SCHEME RULES, 1992 [G.S.R. 763(E), Dated 15-9-1992] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Govern ment Savings Bank Act, 1873 (5 of 1873), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:— Short title and commencement. 1. (1) These rules may be called the National Savings Scheme Rules, 1992. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1992.
