Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Approval Committee under Section 15 or against cancellation of Letter of Approval under section 16, may prefer an appeal to the Board in Form J .] ***************** NOTES:- 1 . Substituted vide Notification No. G.S.R.72 (E) dated 03-02-2009 , w.e.f. 03-02-2009 before it was read as, 55. Form of Appeal .- Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Approval Committee under section 15 or against cancellation of Letter of Permission under section 16, may prefer an appeal to the Board in the Form J. only and filing of Bill of Entry in such cases shall not be required.
