DEPARTMENT OF TRADE TAXES GOVERNMENT OF NCT OF DELHI VYAPAR BHAWAN, NEW DELHI No.F.1/CTT/EDP/Ciruclar file /2530 Dated : 23.11.2011 Subject: On-line filing of Annexure 2A and 2B additional facility for importing of Annexure 2A and 2B in expanded excel format The Department had introduced the facility for on-line filing of Annexure 2A and 2B for monthly return filing dealers with effect from tax period August 2011. Thereafter, a downloadable software application (off line block) was introduced which facilitated data entry in off line mode and also allowed data in specified excel format to be directly imported through the software application. Now, an updated version of the off-line block has been introduced. This version provides the option of importing Annexure 2A and 2B in excel format, with minimal codification. The format of these excel sheets can be downloaded from the website of the Department www.dvat.gov.in. Instructions regarding the format of the respective excel sheets are also available on the website of the Department. Dealers/Return filers may also use this new option after downloading the off-line block afresh.
