2001-2002 as a blank year in the monitoring of EOU/ EPZ/ EHTP/ STP and SEZ's PUBLIC NOTICE NO.70 (RE-01)/ 1997-2002 Dated 08/02/2002 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part-II Section 3, Sub section (ii) vide S.O. No.283(E) dated 31.03.1997, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the following arrangements:- 1) It has been decided to treat 2001-2002 as a blank year and monitoring of NFE of the EOU/EPZ/EHTP/STP and SEZ units is deferred for one year i.e 1.4.2001 to 31.3.2002.
