Service Tax — Appointment of Officer for Bombay Area - Service Tax - M.F. (D.R.)Order No. 2/2/94-STR

In excercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3 of Service Tax Rules, 1994, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Central Board of Excise Customs No. 1/1/94-Service Tax Rule (3), dated the 29th June, 1994, namely :- 2. In the Table annexed to the said order, in column (2), for the entries against S.No. 2, the following entries shall be substituted :- Collector of Central Excise, Bombay-I will have the jurisdiction of Collector of Central Excise, Bombay-I, Bombay-II and Bombay-III as defined in sub-rule (ii) of Rule 2 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944.
