The General Public, Trade and all agencies associated with Import and Export are hereby informed that it has been decided to constitute a Trade Facilitation Committee at Coimbatore under the Chairman of Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise Service Tax, Coimbatore to hold Quarterly meeting with a view to solve all the issues related to Import Export. 2. Accordingly, it has been decided that the following Agencies/Associates functioning at Coimbatore would be the members of this Committee for which purpose, the heads of these organizations may nominate a representative. 1. ICDs/ACC/ Airport may be brought to the notice of the Chairmen through the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Coimbatore at the earliest to discuss the issue in the ensuing Trade Facilitation Committee Meeting. 4. The organization referred to in Para 2 above may inform the particulars of their nominated representatives at the earliest. 5. The date of the first meeting of the Committee would be informed upto receipt of the Point vide Para 3 above which may be sent within a month.
